Hard to believe that we're on the 19th day this morning. We're within NASA countdown territory now!
Squats yesterday felt really heavy. I only did 405 at my top sets. But I'm not sure now if it is the diet, the sleep, the new bar that has very little whip to it, the lack of creatine for 3 weeks now, or something else (probably all of these together in reality). Only 9 days left though, so I can do it.
Got in some good nepa the last 2 days. I cut our grass for 1 hour on Sunday and an hour yesterday after we THOUGHT that the boys were down for the night. Turns out that they were just waiting for daddy to cut the grass. So, when I was done the "men" of the household came downstairs to watch one more episode of wonderpets before bed.
I snuck onto the scale this morning. I don't know why I did it. I've been almost yelling at the girls for doing this on non-weigh-in days. I've been good myself too. But, in any event I climbed onto the scale this morning and did a preemptive check. I'm at 217.5. Now, if that holds through till Friday I'll have lost 4 lbs since last week and 19 lbs in 21 days. That makes things pretty happy for me :)
Also, I think that my problem areas are beginning to improve! We'll check these on Friday.
