Today is day 20. Weigh-ins and what-not are tommorrow.
I've slept alot last night. We went to bed @ 10 and I slept till 6ish. That's 8 hours, which is 3-4 hours more than I ususally get any other night. That was almost straight through! Just one or two interruptions!
Still trying to understand why Kim's workout partner is having so much trouble making progress with this diet. She's doing it all right, but almost NO change. She's comming over to have dinner with us tonight, so we'll see.
Today's workout will be deadlifts, rack pulls, shrugs, and pullups. Should feel goooooooooood tommorrow and Saturday. lol
